Private Events & Parties

🎈 You bring: Food, dessert, paper goods, tablecloths, and decorations!
🎈 We provide: A fun, creative atmosphere, and all pottery materials.

⚠️ Additional Time & Fees:
- Extra time beyond 2.5 hours will result in a $100 charge per additional hour.
- A 20% gratuity will be added to the total cost.
- A $100 deposit is required to secure your party reservation.

Please ask parents to drop off kids on time—starting late reduces project time!

Finished pieces will be ready for pickup 2 weeks after the party.
We will hold pieces for up to 2 months after they are ready.

⚠️ Note: Pottery can be unpredictable. While we do our best to ensure every piece is a masterpiece, some may not turn out as expected.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

To receive a full refund or to reschedule your private event or party, you must notify info@sandymonespottery.com at least 7 days before the event. Within 48 hours of the scheduled event or party, there will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
